Two Injured in Icy Rollover Crash on Highway 30 Near Pipestone

A rollover crash on Highway 30 near Pipestone left two people injured on Saturday morning. Around 10 AM, a 2007 Chevy SUV traveling eastbound lost control on snow- and ice-covered roads, veered into a ditch, and overturned.

Two passengers, a 64-year-old woman and an 84-year-old woman, both from Egan, South Dakota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the Pipestone hospital.

The driver, a 44-year-old woman, and another passenger, a 42-year-old woman, also from Egan, were uninjured in the crash.

The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.

Two Teens Hurt in Renville County Rollover on Highway 19

Two teenagers from Franklin were injured in a rollover crash Saturday morning on Highway 19 in Renville County. Around 10 AM, a 2008 Chevy Silverado traveling westbound lost control on snow- and ice-covered roads, veered into a ditch, and overturned.

The driver, an 18-year-old man, and his 19-year-old passenger both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital in Redwood Falls.

The Renville County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
