Exclusive Marshall-Themed Beers Hit Shelves at Tall Grass Liquor

Marshall’s craft beer scene just got a boost with a new collection of four beers, created in partnership between the city of Marshall, SMSU, and Brau Brothers Brewery.

Available at Tall Grass Liquor, these limited-edition beers bring a local flavor that reflects the city’s heritage and identity.

The first beer in the series, Mustang Golden Ale, made its debut during SMSU’s homecoming, representing the spirit of the university.

This beer is now accompanied by three others that showcase various aspects of Marshall's history and community pride.

Brew 1872, an amber ale, pays homage to the founding year of Marshall. This beer brings a rich, robust flavor that nods to the town's origins. It’s more than a beer—it's a connection to the city’s roots.

The next addition, Cultivate Pale Ale, celebrates the city's tagline, "Cultivating the best in us." Initially released in 2020 for city branding efforts, this pale ale was only available at the Brau Brothers taproom until now. With its wide release, it continues to be a symbol of Marshall’s growth and innovation.

The final brew in the lineup is Jiminey Jumper Juicy Light Apple Lager, named after the Tall Grass Liquor mascot. With its light, crisp apple flavor, this lager is a fun and refreshing choice, adding variety to the collection.

These special beers offer more than just unique flavors; they represent a collaboration that brings together community partners and Marshall's spirit.

Available in six-packs while supplies last, the collection invites locals to enjoy and celebrate their hometown through every sip.

Tall Grass Liquor hopes to continue this partnership, supporting the “drink local, enjoy local” movement within Marshall.
