An Evening with Liz Collin: Unveiling the Truth Behind the Headlines

Mark your calendars for an evening of gathering and discussion at the Lyon County Republican Banquet!

This special event will be held on Monday, September 9th, at the SMSU Conference Center, featuring good food, company, and conversation.

Event Schedule:

  • Date: Monday, September 9th

  • Time:

    • 5:30 pm - Social Hour

    • 6:30 pm - Dinner

  • Location: SMSU Conference Center

The keynote speaker for the evening is the investigative journalist and author, Liz Collin.

Liz will be discussing her latest book, which explores significant recent events in Minneapolis.

Liz Collin’s book: They're Lying: The Media, The Left, and The Death of George Floyd delves into the events in Minneapolis that had a nationwide impact. Featuring interviews with individuals such as Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, and other Minneapolis police officers, the book provides perspectives on the riots, the "defund the police" movement, and the subsequent increase in crime.

Liz also shares her personal experiences during this tumultuous time. As a familiar news anchor in the Twin Cities, her life changed dramatically when her husband, Lt. Bob Kroll, president of the Minneapolis police union, was implicated by various figures for the riots.

With over 20 years of experience, Liz Collin has been dedicated to helping others share their stories. Now, she is telling her own. Despite facing significant challenges, Liz remains committed to her mission. Her book is supported by evidence, including memos from prosecutors and court documents.

Join the Lyon County Republican Banquet to hear Liz Collin's narrative and gain insights into the events and connections in Minneapolis. This event offers an opportunity to learn about the pivotal moments that have shaped our society.

Don’t miss this chance to be part of an evening of discussion and insight. Reserve your spot today.
